Join us for a special Spring Social at Medary Acres Greenhouse, featuring expertly curated wine pairings from our friends at Mosaic Wine Bar and a beautifully crafted grazing table by Charcuterie Element from Watertown, two favorites from our previous socials. As a special treat, guests will also take home a small potted plant—because what better way to celebrate new beginnings than with something green to nurture?

The Location
Medary Acres Greenhouse
Sarah Alfano (Darnall) is part owner of Medary Acres.
Medary Acres is a staple in the Brookings community. They are a family owned seasonal retail greenhouse and have been serving Brookings and the surrounding area for over 60 years! They pride themselves on offering the highest quality plants and customer service for gardeners of all experience levels. Open mid-April to mid-June, they pack a punch in our community and we’re so lucky to get to partner with them!
The Menu
Charcuterie Element
Charcuterie Element based out of Watertown, SD will be providing a luxurious grazing table.
Charcuterie is more than just a meal, it’s a form of art. Using the best in-season ingredients, specialty cheeses, and cured meats, Lisa Converse will provide fresh fare to enjoy with her expert curation.
The Wine
Mosaic Wine Bar
Mosaic Wine Bar & Small Plates is a community centered wine bar, offering wide range of wines, a short list of beer, hard seltzer, an assortment of craft sodas, and a light fare food menu.
For our social, they will be providing fun spring wine tasting options for wine tasting (and non-alcoholic options as well). We’ll enjoy the fresh flavors of spring amidst the lush plants of the greenhouse.
